Applicable for bulk wholesale orders of iron wire, welded wire mesh, fence panel and supporting accessories

1. Pre-Return Basic Principle

Our products are mostly customized bulk industrial building materials produced per client specified wire diameter, mesh size, coating standard. Non-quality issues from buyer-side personal preference cannot support unconditional return.

2. Qualified Return Conditions

We accept return application only when the following factory quality problems are verified:
  1. Delivered goods deviate clearly from confirmed technical parameters (material grade, galvanized thickness, mesh aperture, fence size mismatching signed quotation sheet);
  2. Severe production defects such as uneven wire surface, broken mesh structure affecting normal construction usage;
  3. Wrong goods dispatched by our warehouse team.
     
    Note: Minor appearance abrasion generated during long-distance sea/land transit is not categorized as production quality fault.

3. Application Process

  1. Receive goods within 7 working days, take detailed photos/videos of defective products + outer package, send to our after-sales mailbox with order number;
  2. Our technical team completes verification within 3 working days, issue processing conclusion: free re-production, partial discount compensation or approved return;
  3. For confirmed return orders: we designate return receiving address, buyer bears return freight for non-quality faults; our company undertakes two-way freight for our factory quality faults.

4. Special Exclusion Items

  • Custom tailored alloy wire, special dimension fence panel produced exclusively for your project cannot be returned unless serious manufacturing defects exist;
  • Goods installed, cut, processed on construction site will not be supported for return;
  • Orders marked clearance promotional goods follow separate pre-stated return rules.

5. Refund Timeline

After returned goods arrive our factory and pass re-inspection, full/partial refund will be completed within 7 working days via original payment channel.
